Furthermore, Bureau Veritas may undertake corrective or preventive maintenance on the Site or hosting facilities. Accordingly, Bureau Veritas does not guarantee availability or continuous access to the Site.
Intellectual property: The Site and its contents (source code, texts, images, photos and graphics, data, information, architecture, software and databases, domain name, trademarks and logos) are protected by the laws, regulations and international conventions on intellectual property, and belong to Bureau Veritas or are subject to authorization for use.
In no event shall consulting the Site be construed as a transfer, licence or authorisation to re-use contents.
